Have been seeing a escort service for a while, the lady in charge usually comes to see me. Have spent a nice chunk of change, the other night, when I pulled out, the condom was broke, a full load went into her, if she is PG am I responsible, since I paid for the service beforehand?

If you put the sperm there, and if she gets pregnant and keeps it (highly unlikely considering her profession), then yes, you are responsible. I advise you to keep in touch with her and make sure her pregnancy test is negative. If it is positive, find out what she plans to do (keep the child, abort the child, etc.)
