Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
PreNuptual Aggreement
I will be marrying into a farm family soon. I am expected to sign a pre-nuptual agreement stating I have no right to the farm or corporations. Now, the farm owns our house. Can an clause be made in the agreement to not include the house? My fiances farm attorney is saying no. Thank you for your time.

Re: PreNuptual Aggreement
Your fiance's attorney is just doing his job, which is to protect the family's assets from you should you ever divorce. You need your own attorney to handle this, because at this point he's a professional and you are not. You need to be careful in this situation. I highly advise that you contact myself or another family law attorney who can negotiate your pre-nup for you.
