does my husband have rights to record all my conversation and keep track all my emails

As a general proposition, no, your husband does not have a right to record your conversations nor to keep track of your e-mails.

On the other hand, the question you may then have is, what can you do about it if you want him to stop? The answer is that unless you move out, there is very little you can do to stop him.

If you have already moved out and he continues to monitor your phone calls and e-mails, then you can obtain a restraining order against him. You would also want to change your telephone number to something he does not know and change your e-mail address and password, also to something he does not know. Those are the best suggestions that I have. I hope this helps.
