Sibling Guardianship?

If both parents are incapable of caring for a child (15 years old), is there any way that a court would appoint guardianship to a sibling (18 years old)?

Re: Sibling Guardianship?

The short answer to your question is "YES." However, you do not provide a lot of information.

If you live anywhere in Western Washington, I would be happy to provide a free telephone consultation, after which you will have enough information to make an informed decision about how to proceed and at what cost.

Feel free to e-mail or call anytime.
