Signed birth certificate but not biological father

I signed a birth certificate in Feb of 1999 and it turns out after a DNA test later on that I am not the biological father of this child can I be removed from the birth certificate and stop the child support?

Re: Signed birth certificate but not biological father

The short answer to your question is yes. You are going to need a paternity test to contest fatherhood and from there get a court order to stop child support. If you would like help from an attorney, call me I can help you with this. Otherwise, good luck.
