Here's a sample that you'll have to fill in the blanks on:

Dear [Insert his name]:

This letter is intended to remind you of your obligations to me under the terms of our decree of dissolution. Per Section [fill in the section number(s)] you are court ordered to [tell him what he is required to do] and as of the date of this letter, you have yet to fulfill these obligations.

If within the next 30 days you fail to fulfill these obligations, you shall leave me no choice but to bring a motion to enforce the decree of dissolution and to seek an order of contempt against you for failure to fulfill your obligations under the terms of the decree. [Optional language: In the course of such a motion, if you are found in contempt, I intend to ask for an award of attorney's fees.]

Sincerely,

[Your name]
