wrongly accused

whats are my rights when a women accuses me of having an affair with her husband and she calls and tells all my family and friends.

The answer to your question is, "it depends." It depends on whether she is telling the truth. You did not mention that the statement that you are having an affair with her husband is false, although your subject does say "wrongly accused." A specific denial is needed, and the specific allegation must be false.

Assuming for a moment that the statement is false, my next question is, SO WHAT? In other words, did anything bad happen to you as a result of her making this statement? If so, and the result is damage to your reputation or ability to earn an income, or some other form of a measurable damage, then you MAY have a case for defamation, false light, or invasion of privacy.
