Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

x-wife, remarried, divorced again, had out of wedlock child w/married man but used my last name for child...NOT mine lol, wa.st. is it legal and can i fight this?

Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do. If you wanted to, you could name your child Bill Clinton or George Bush, and neither of those men could do anything about it either.
