Going back on his word
My Dad gave me a house and now he changed is mide, after i had moved in. what can i do?

That depends. Did your father sign and quit claim deed transferring his ownership interest in the property to you? If so, did you record this deed? If those two things happened, I think your father is totally out of luck.
On the other hand, if those did not happen, then I would need to know more information to determine what if anything you can do.
