Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

I am in the middle of getting my temp anti harrassment order to a final order. The person I have put this on said at the first court date she needed a continuance because she doesn't have an attorney. Judge granted a continuance. I am not worried if she does end up getting attorney. My question is "Should I be worried if this lady walks into the courthouse with an attorney" They have nothing on me harassing this woman. I just dont like the not knowing what this woman is going to try with her mouth full of lies.

When it comes to being afraid of someone, continually calling, threatening in person, It is horrible. I fear for my life when she is anywhere near me. Should I get an attorney OR do what I've been doing and just let the lady fight it since the first court date the Judge was SO mad at her and her boyfriend barking orders from sitting on the bench.

You should not be worried if she gets an attorney in terms of whether you've done anything wrong, but you should be concerned that the attorney may find glaring holes in what you've presented that are not readily apparent to you.

If you want to play it safe, you best bet is to pay an attorney for about an hour's worth of time to review what you've filed and what if anything the other side has filed to date, and go from there. If you've done well so far, then no worries but if there are problems, it is better to find out now and see if anything can be done.
