Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington
My mother was declared incapacitated due to a stroke in 2004. Suffered from memory loss and speech difficulties. Could not remember her name, her date of birth, or where she lived. Requiring 24 hr care in a health facility. A will was written up in her name even though she could not write her name on 2012. In 2013 all contracts were to be removed including current guardian by the state of Washington. Any power of attorney of any kind previously executed by is canceled in its entirety. Does this include the will writ in by some one else other than the incapacitated person?

It would certainly appear she was incompetent in 2012 and therefore lacked the legal capacity to execute a will. You should see an attorney.
