Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
I arrived in the US legally with my mother,My mother acquired a work permit through her marriage to citizen , her permit expired but has continued to work within the confines of her social security # This year I have became a US citizen through marriage. Is is possible to file adjustment of status for my mother, what if any are going to be our road blocks

On what visa your mother came to USA? Did she apply for adjustment of status after marriage? Was it approved or denied? If denied, for what reason?
It could be possible for your mother to adjust status unless she is already a permanent resident, or inadmissible, or was ordered deported/removed from USA.
