My boyfriend is illegal and got a DUI a few years back. He wants to clear his name to become legal. How do we do that?

The answer to your question is a lot more complicated than "do this, do that, and you'll be fine." The only practical advice for your boyfriend is to hire an immigration attorney, consult with that person about the details of his situation, and see what, if anything, can be done for your boyfriend.
