can a child that is a us citizen fix papers for his mother that is an illegal imergrant.the childs age is 11,and the mother has 12 years is the usa.

No. Child has to be oer 21 years of age, and a mother has to have an evidence of lawful admission to the USA (e.g. expired visa, etc).
