I am a US Citizen and my grandmother is visiting from Ukraine and i need to know if i can leave her in USA as a permanent resident

No, a grandchild can't petition for grandmother's residency. If you have a parent (her child) who is a US citizen, they could have petitioned for their mother. However, a grandchild can't petition for her. She'll need to depart the USA before the period on her I-94 card expires.
