Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
My ex husband was deported like two months ago, his family last heard from him one month ago when he said he was coming back to the usa illegally and without money. Is there anyway to find out if he was picked up by border patrol and where they have him? Should I report him missing? Can I report him missing since he is illegal?

If he was arrested after reentry after deportation, he can be subject to serious federal criminal charges, and potentially can spend long time in jail before being deported again.
