Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
my husband and i are legally married here the us but he recently got deported because he has no papers can i go to mexico to make him legal?

Yes, you can go to Mexico. No, it's not very likely that your going to Mexico will help to make him legal in USA after deportation. You need to consult with a knowledgeable immigration attorney and see what caused your husband's deportation, what inadmissibility or/and deportability grounds are present, whether it could be possible to obtain a waiver, a visa, etc.
