Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I have an immigration question. My husband just received a 1-797C (Notice of Action) to go to the Seattle, WA Application Support Center to have his biometrics taken for his I-485 Application to Register Permanent Resident. Does this mean his gren card application has been approved? Thanks.

You will receive another letter invting both of you for the interview (if approved at the interview, then a green card will be issued).
