Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

Immigration Question: 18 years old. Here legally (LPR/green card) from the Ukraine. Convictions as a juvenile for Arson 2 and Residential Burglury. Also misdemeanor juvenile convictions for Minor Intoxicated in Public and Theft 3.

Now facing the charges of unlawful possession of a firearm 1 and 2 at trial.The State wants to know what deal to plead to.

How not be in danger of deportation from plea?

I appreciate any comments, suggestions
