To answer your question, an attorney needs to know much more about your situation. For example, if your father became a US citizen 11 years ago, it means that he was a permanent resident (green card holder) prior to that - why you were not included into his application for permanent residency; how and when did you come to USA; how your father become a green card holder (through what eligibility basis); are you married or single; why your Dad never petitioned for you since becoming a citizen 11 years ago, etc?

I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally. If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need legal advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you.

If you would like to request a follow-up confidential advice on your specific situation and regarding U.S.A. immigration-related issues, we can offer a paid consultation by telephone or email to clients from all States and globally.
