Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
Can a K2 vsia holder (under 10 yo), stay in UA anyway, if divorce occured of a parent before AOS. AOS application was filed, but divorce was petitioned before interview. Need info, ty/

Usually, no, unless the K-1 and K-2 had adjusted status based on a marriage of K-1 to a petitioner.
