Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

i m a green card holder and married a tourist visa holder in us . will she be sent back?? or i could apply for any kind of case for her???

You can file the I-130 petition with USCIS for her now. However, it will not authorize her to remain in USA after expiration of her I-94 (issued when she came to USA on a tourist visa).

When you become a USA citizen, then she will be able to apply for adjustment of status/green card.
