Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I pleaded guilty to a felony charge of bringing my sister into the United States as my wife. I have divorced her. I am contemplating getting married and filing to bring my new wife into the United States, what is the possibility of this move having an adverse effect on my sister who still possess Permanent Resident Status?

Yes, it can have effect on you and your sister.

You should consult an attorney before making any further steps.
