i am on prossesing to renew my green card it alredy been expired 5 month a go i ressive meal yesterdya that i not u s legal resident what is that mean please give me a short andclear ansewr!!!!!!

i started the the prossese 7 month a go the prosses was based on marrig and my house diseapears when i get my visa. so i am still working on it.and on the new form he has to sing on it.so i am working with legal assistant finding about him.

To receive a clear and short answer, you had to provide clear statements of relevant facts, which you didn't.

I understand that you received a Green card based on marriage to a US citizen.

Are you still married to her?

Is your green card conditional (valid for 2 years only) or permanent (valid for 10 years)?

Who told you that you are no longer legal resident? Did you receive a letter to appear in Immigration Court?

What form that "legal assistant" is helping you to complete? Is it form I-751 or form I-90?

As you see, you need to explain your situation better in order to receive some sort of guidance.
