Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

Sister in law was taken by immigation,she has no legal papers has family here in bellingham WA.

Husband would like to know what we can do to help her stay here . What should we do ?

He should consult a knowledgeable immigration attorney practicing removal (deportation) defense. It's not clear from your post what she can be eligible for, whether she has any defense to deportation. Fact of arrest by ICE (immigration) is an indication that they are planning to deport her because of her unlawful presence in USA or/and other reasons.

If her husband is a US citizen, he can petition for her. However, not always a foreign spouse is allowed to remain in the USA. Oftentimes, they can be still sent abroad for consular processing of their visa.
