Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
hello my name is tamara,i entered in usa in july 2008 in usa from east of europe(moldova) with J1 visa (its a summer work and travel visa),during this time i recived a mail from a company in my hometown and telling that if i want to stay they can help with that,so they asked 2000 dollars and i send them with my passport and social security ,after a month a recievd my green card and social security,so i was working and stayed with this documents till last month when the immigration cme to my work and asked me about my documents and told me that they are fake and for all this time i was illigal in this country...i was in shock my familly went to that company that "helped"me with green card but sure in off this company is not longer exist........its a very difficult situation i found love of my life ,he is an american citezen we got married january 2010 and i am 6 month pregnant.......i am now waiting for court day for deportation removal hearing....i was thinking that everything its ok and i am legal,thats why me and my husbund didnt apply for any documents after marriage,we went just to change my social security familly name so we can apply for id with my husbund familly name thats when the immigration step in......as i said i am pregnant we can be separated with my husbund no one of us can grow this child on our own.
please help us to understand how is our situation and what to expect???

Dear Tamara,
You need to talk to an attorney in private. It seems that in this situation, there could be also serious criminal charges filed against you, not merely an immigration removal process.
Did you talk to police or/and any lawyer about this? Have you been charged criminally?
Do you mean that you used services of a Moldovan company located abroad in Moldova to procure your fake green card and a SSN? And the whole process of becoming a "permanent reisdent" took only one month?
