travel

i just want to travel i owe child support. they say i might not be able to get one if i owe support. now i have worked and been paying for many years , all i waanna do is take a vacation to see freinds , and germany requires a passport. i mean what if i was married to a woman in a diff country.

It's not clear by the text of your message, but I assume you are worried about being denied a passport. Assuming that is so, who told you that you cannot get one if you are behind in support payments? If you were married to a woman in another country, ultimately (depending on the country) you could obtain residency and citizenship in that country. Citizenship would provide you with travel documents, however that would only help you leave the United States. Upon reentry, it is illegal to enter the United States, if you are a U.S. citizen using another nation's passport, even if you are also a citizen of that country.
