Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
My wife was brought into this country illegaly when she was an infant how do I go about getting her residency .. I'm an American citizen served my country in the military for five years honorably discharged and currently make over 54k annualy so am well capable of supporting her as for her she has no criminal history and is a college grad just wondering if this will help expedite the process thank you any info will help

You need to consult a good immigration attorney as it appears that she is not eligible for adjustment of status unless 'grandfathered' under the old law (sec 245i).
If the DREAM act will become the law, she might have some other options available (provided that she meets all the requirements and the bill becomes the law).
