Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
my wife and i are married. We've been married for 2 yrs and bought a house a little over a year. We took a "break" because were not going too well. She then started seeing a guy within two weeks of this "break". Things happen in between where he would not talk to her anymore because found out that she was married. Time went by, me and her were "okay" sort of talking, but never fixing anything. I moved out of the house while she was seeing the other guy. Anyways, now she is seeing someone else, this time she is bringing this guy into our home. Last year we applied for my permanent residency, so i was granted provisional residency. I can apply for full permanent residency next october 2010. If we get a divorce, can i still get full residency?...i mean we married for love, there was never money or any type of business involve. What can i do?

If you get divorced or even separated, you may or may not be granted permanent residency.
Even at this time, it looks like you are separated. You will definitely need to speak to an immigration attorney.
