Auto Accident

I was in an auto accident and was not at fault. I received a neck sprain and am now in physical therapy. This occured about a month ago...what is a reasonable settlement amount to expect from the insurance company?

The reasonable settlement amount varies depending on a couple of factors. But probably the most important is whether you have an attorney. Unrepresented persons usually recover less than a third of what represented persons receive. That's why the insurance industry is so eager to settle claims before injured persons hire attorneys.
