Legal Question in International Law in Washington
background searches of criminal record
if I succeed in getting past felonies ,and/or misdemeanors on my criminal record either 'expunged' or 'sealed' , then when I go again to attempt to visit my daughter and grandsons in canada (B.C.) will the record that immigration officials pull up still show the 'expunged' or 'sealed' ones.?

Re: background searches of criminal record
What you are asking is a Canadian federal law question, specifically dealing with the practices of the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). If Law Guru has the option of asking questions of Canadian immigration lawyers, you should repost your query there.
Best of luck.
