Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

I am a dentist and one of my staff was poked by high speed handpiece bur, but she didn't get any blood. She said she felt knubness but it is getting better.

I recommend her to see doctor just in case.

I would like to know how to take care of workplace accident/injury and if I am responsible for her medical bill in this case.

From a workman comp perspective I would say yes, but obviously I don't the know the particulars. It is worth understanding the basic premise of WC: products must pay their way into the marketplace. Products, be they services or goods, must pay the human toll as well as the market toll (e.g. parts) and the eventual price of those goods/services is effected based on what it took to deliver them.
