Personal Harassment in the Workplace

Is there any case law supporting claims of personal harassment in the workplace that is non-sexual and not covered under the traditional protected classes covered under current legislation.

Re: Personal Harassment in the Workplace

No cases that I know of in the employment context.

However, "harassment" may constitute a crime or give rise to tort liability for outrage, battery, tortious interference with contractual relations, or invasion of privacy depending on the conduct involved. For criminal definition, see RCW 9A.46.020 ("Harassment" can be a gross misdemeanor or felony).
