get an ex-girlfriend to leave from house i am renting
i have an x that i want to leave the house that i am renting but she is refusing to do so and is telling me that it is her right to get out in 20 days. she is not on the lease and has been living with me for 5 months. she does not pay rent or bills.

Go to your local district court and file an anti-harassment protection order, which requires her to stop harassing you and to stay a certain distance away from you. Since she is not on the lease, she has no right to occupy the premises, and the order ought to be issued.
The cops will allow her to come by and pick up some stuff on a short term basis and then you and she will have to work something out to allow her to get the rest of her possessions (furniture, clothing, etc.)
