Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Washington
If a landlord continues to fax corespondances to my work after I have told her that my boss said that by her doing that she is putting my job at risk is that legal?

It's not that what your landlord is doing is legal. The question is what can you do to stop the landlord? The answer is to obtain an anti-harassment order against the landlord. You can obtain one in district or superior court. You can try to do it yourself or hire a local attorney to handle it for you. It's always better if you get a professional to do it and make sure it is done right the first time. Best of luck.
