I got a 3 day pay or vacate, I vacated, my lease is up this month too, do I need to do a walk through with the landlord, I am completely out

You should request a walk through and make sure you provide written notice (sent by certified mail) of your forwarding address. The landlord is required to mail you an accounting of what part, if any, of your security deposit has been applied toward damage other than normal wear and tear. Failure of the landlord to provide such an accounting within 14 days of your move out date may entitle you to a full refund of your security deposit.
