Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

my girlfriend had a c section and doctor cut her antery

she spent 3 days in icu didnt no what happen to her when she came back around she had 10 untits of blood lost they had to put a big ive in her neck she had tubes down her throwt for three days and then she was able to be with are baby right after we came back in the room after the baby was c cection out she started having all kinds of promblems and for 2 or 3 hrs they sat there and couldnt figer out was wrong untile it was all most to late her heart stop and she went into cadeac arrest they call code blue at the hospitalwas rush back into the opr and they open her back up and found the problem was that a atery was cut doring the c cection and was not repair and she was stable up and sent back to her room it was a bad or deal me and expessailly her.
