Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

my dog attacked the neighbores dog resulting in a 1800 hundred dollar vet pay wich i payed in full and gave up my dogs to the humane society ensureing this would not happen again 5 days after the initial vet visit the dog died am i responsible for that vet bill as well

You probably are, assuming the second visit stems out of the same injuries that caused the first visit. The law views this as one continuous injury, requiring multiple hospital visits.
