Pip coverage
Will a minors parents, PIP coverage cover minor if she was a passenger in an auto not on the parents policy. The driver at of the vehicle only had liability coverage on her policy.

Your question is specific to the terms of the policy. I would need to read it first to know. Still, if I were a guessing person, I'd say no, but as I said before, I cannot tell without reading the policy for limits and exclusions.
