Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

My son was incarcerated at our county jail on non compliance warrants..though they knew he was diabetic and he was asking for insulin and telling them he was getting sick he did not get insulin for several hours and he went into diabetic ketoacidosis because of this..what can he do?

You should immediately get in touch with a personal injury attorney in your county and discuss this with them. Many will offer a free consultation, and I think depending on how ill your son became and how well documented his claims that he told the jailers of his condition and they ignored him, he may have a very good case.
