I tore my bicept tendon at work i had surgery and my employer want me to pay my full medical coverage payment my employer pays half while im working can he do that

I would need more information to answer your questions, and from what you've written, I'm a little confused as to what is happening. That said, your best bet is to contact a local attorney and schedule an in person consultation or at least one by phone and go from there.

Having said that, if you have had an accident at work, I fail to see how you should be penalized in any way for any costs associated with it. Still, I recommend you start with a consultation and go from there.
