Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

Delayed time of possession

We purchased a house and our time of possession was in the contract for Mar 27th at 9 p.m. The sellers knew that we intented on taking possession exactly on this date and time, but when we showed up they were still in there. We had 2 car loads full of belonging to unload into our new house, but the seller had a U-haul blocking the garage and their stuff still in garage. We couldn't unload anything we brought. We want reimbursement for our inconviences; took a day off work b/c we relied on the contractual possession date & time, trip out at night without being able to utilize our house, had to hire cleaners for the entire house.
