Unfortunately, I do not think there is much you can do, unless you can find a purchaser for the land before the foreclosure sales goes through. Otherwise, there will be a foreclosure on both you and your husband's credit reports.

For future borrowing, you may be able to get around some problems this causes by showing copies of your Decree of Dissolution that indicates that your husband was supposed to be responsible for the mortgage, but that is about all you can do.

If the land is not in foreclosure, you can bring a motion to try and sell the land on the basis that your husband has not kept up his end of the Decree to refinance, but I'd have to see the actual Decree to know if this right is available to you.
