Currently have partner in joint tenant right of survivorship in a property. If we marry, what happens to that status? State of washington

Theoretically, nothing. That said, you should consider a pre and post nuptial contract to define your property rights in the event the relationship ends badly. Additionally, your wills that you each make should reflect your intentions.
