my REFRIGERATOR isnt workimg anymore
ok the bank took over my landlords
payments i was makeing to him.
due to him owning the bank . the
bank give us a peace of paper
saying that they get the payment
but the landlord still has to do his
duties.now that our REFRIGERATOR
went out , no one wants to pay a
new one for us . so now we have
no REFRIGERATOR! can they do
that? its been a week now and in
our lease we are post to have
heating,power,water,and a way to
store food .

You should write to the bank and your landlord both, by certified mail with a return receipt, and indicate that your fridge is busted, that they have 48 hours to repair or replace it, and that failure to do so will result in your withholding that portion of the rent needed to pay for a replacement fridge, which you will purchase and provide them with a copy of the receipt for doing so.
If they try to evict you on the basis of failure to pay rent, you will show a copy of your letter, along with the certified return receipt proving you mailed the letter, and their lack of action, will justify your withholding of rent.
