Employer/Sub-Contractor responsibility for Sexual Harassment
who has responsibilty in this situation?
Company ''A'' hires a subcontractor to perform a specific project. Soon an employee from company ''B'' is harassing the subcontractor working for company ''A.'' Who is responsible for what?

Both employers have potential for responsibility, once they know about the harassment. It is important for the target of harassment to complain, and a good idea to do it in writing. (Best first step is always to directly confront the harasser.)
