I agree with Mr. Knisbacher. If you are under 18, and the high school youth pastor is older, it's not just sexual harassment - it's also a crime.

However, I understand that you may be reluctant to turn him over to the police.

Of course you do, as long as you are withing the statute of limitations in bringing your claims. You must be able to reasonably prove your allegations, so please contact me to discuss the facts, your rights and remedies. These cases have been a speciality of my practice for over 30 years.

You most likely do, especially if you are under 18. If you are under 18 it is a crime that should be reported to the police.
