Legal Question in Veterans Law in Washington
unemplyability
I filed for ptsd and IU I recieved a letter last week asking for the address's of my former employers. The letter said they need that information because they could make a decision within 30 days. what should I expect? and is that kind of letter normal? thanks for your time!

This may be or may not be normal. I would check into the purpose of the inquiry before I gave it to them.

Yes, that is standard. They need your past employment info and proof that you are unemployable. They always say they could make a decision within 30 days, but that never happens. Just get them the info asap and see what they do with it.
