Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

Inheritance

I married my husband for over 15 years. We did not have any prenuptial agreements. And we do not have joint bank account. Our house is under my husband's name. All my husband's assets ( stock, 401k,roth, boun and other investments)beneficiary are his children. He had will befor we get married, all his assets will go to his children. After we married, he did not amend his will,so my name is not there,

My question is:If my husband died, do I get any heritiage?

It seems I do not get any peny, am I right?

Re: Inheritance

Actually, if you are not listed in the will and not disinherited, you'd get all community property and 50% of separate property of your husband's estate, provided there's no separate property agreement.
