Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
Will
My parents bought me a house for the sole purpose of being close to them so they dont have to go to an assited living-- had to be put in my name because the community they live in wont let them own 2 homes--how now can we make this property in their will become part of their estate when they die?

The answer is probably to create a family real estate trust. You should consult a real estate attorney.
